Rental Information

Welcome to the Utah Cultural Celebration Center, the perfect venue for your upcoming event. Our central location offers breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains, friendly and professional staff, and top-tier amenities to ensure your event is truly exceptional. We offer over 50,000 square feet of meeting space, including up to 16 breakout rooms, a 10,000+ square foot Great Hall, 2.5 acres of festival space, a 2,000-person capacity amphitheater, and on-site parking. These versatile spaces are designed to accommodate any event.

Room Capacities

Capacities are based on table and chair seating. Guest capacities will be reduced depending on additional equipment being used (podium, stage, DJ, etc.). Theater seating increases capacity.  

The Crossroads area is still considered a common area regardless of rental status.

Rental Rates

Your rental includes:

  • One 10-hour block of time (includes setup & cleanup time)

  • Tables & chairs in UCCC inventory

  • Setup & tear-down of UCCC tables & chairs

  • Free on-site parking

  • Access to high-speed Wi-Fi

Additional charges apply for:

  • Rental periods extending beyond the 10-hour block

  • Rental times extending past midnight

  • Additional dates for rehearsals, setup, etc.

  • Audio/visual equipment

  • Technical support

  • Table linens

Non-profit (with proof of non-profit status), government, and military organizations receive a 20% discount on room rental rates only.

Food and Beverage

The Utah Cultural Celebration Center has a variety of preferred caterers for all budgets and needs. Our preferred catering list has been pre-approved to work in our venue, so your event will run smoothly.

A catering fee applies to events where our preferred caterers are not used. When the kitchen is used by the client or their vendor, it must be returned clean and in good repair. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

UCCC staff are not licensed food handlers. All bussing is the responsibility of the client, not UCCC staff. Please ensure your caterer knows our staffing requirements before providing you with a final quote.

Alcoholic beverages may only be booked through the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. No other entity is licensed to serve on our property. Please contact a Venue Sales Coordinator for pricing and menus.

Other Services

Linens

The UCCC partners with Alsco to offer a selection of basic table linens and a variety of napkin colors. Alsco ensures high-quality linens for a polished and inviting atmosphere. For special occasions like weddings, galas, and parties, clients can bring in linens from a third party to match their specific color palettes. Our sales coordinators are available to provide vendor recommendations. 

Audio/Visual Services

The Utah Cultural Celebration Center features state-of-the-art lighting, presentation, and audio equipment. Brio Technologies stands as the exclusive audio/visual vendor for the center. They have the experience and expertise to handle any AV needs you may have, from large events to small gatherings.
