La celebración anual del Día de los Muertos es un evento comunitario que celebra las tradiciones del Día de los Muertos. Fill out the application here to be considered as a food vendor for our 2024 celebration.
Applications must be submitted by Monday, September 9, 2024 by the end of the day and may close early if all slots are filled. We encourage early applications.
Vendor Requirements:
Set-Up Time: All vendors must set up and be ready one hour before the event begins.
Event Duration: Vendor presence is required throughout the entire event, from 11am to 6pm.
Booth Teardown: No early teardown of booths is allowed, as it poses a potential hazard to attendees.
Check-Out: All vendors must check out with a UCCC staff member before leaving the event.
Alcohol Policy: Vendors are not permitted to sell alcoholic beverages of any kind.
Product Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their products and payment transactions during the event.
Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for their own sales tax reporting.
Booth Clean-Up: Vendors must clean their booths at the conclusion of the event. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
Liability: UCCC will not be held responsible for any product stolen, damaged, misplaced, or left behind.
Cancellation: If you can no longer attend the event, please notify us via email at UCCCevents@wvc-ut.gov.
Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS, no exceptions.
Food Vendor Fee:
Fee Amount: $200.00
Payment: Vendor fee is paid after contract approval. Notice of approval/denial will be sent via email.
Due Date: Vendor fee is due in full by September 30, 2024 There is a $50 late fee if payment is received after this date.
Business License: A business license for operating in West Valley City will be covered by the Utah Cultural Celebration Center.

Requisitos para los vendedores:

Limpieza de los Puestos: Los vendedores deben limpiar sus puestos al fin del evento. Si no lo hacen, se les cobrará una tarifa de limpieza de $50.
Responsabilidad: UCCC no se hará responsable de ningún producto robado, dañado, extraviado o olvidado.
Cancelación: Si ya no puede asistir al evento, notifíquenos por correo electrónico a UCCCevents@wvc-ut.gov.

Tarifa para vendedores de comida:
Monto de la Tarifa: $200.00
Pago: La tarifa del vendedor se paga después de la aprobación del contrato. Se enviaremos un aviso de aprobación/desmentido por correo electrónico.
Fecha de Vencimiento: La tarifa del vendedor debe pagarse en su totalidad antes del 30 de septiembre de 2024. Se aplicará un recargo por pago atrasado de $50 si el pago se recibe después de esta fecha.
Licencia Comercial: El Utah Cultural Celebration Center cubrirá una licencia comercial para operar en West Valley City.
